{"id":320,"date":"2011-09-20T14:30:22","date_gmt":"2011-09-20T14:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eagleoneresources.com\/?p=320"},"modified":"2011-09-20T14:30:22","modified_gmt":"2011-09-20T14:30:22","slug":"while-we-are-all-people-there-are-different-types-of-people-%e2%80%93-part-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eagleoneresources.com\/?p=320","title":{"rendered":"While We Are All People, There Are Different Types of People \u2013 Part 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fcbkbttn_buttons_block\" id=\"fcbkbttn_left\"><div class=\"fcbkbttn_button\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eagleoneresources.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/facebook-button-plugin\/images\/standard-facebook-ico.png\" alt=\"Fb-Button\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"fcbkbttn_like \"><fb:like href=\"https:\/\/eagleoneresources.com\/?p=320\" action=\"like\" colorscheme=\"light\" layout=\"standard\"  width=\"225px\" size=\"small\"><\/fb:like><\/div><\/div><p>At one time or another, we\u2019ve all had a \u201ctake charge\u201d customer who wanted service and wanted it <em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">now<\/span><\/em>.\u00a0 When this person has a customer service need, they want it met in a specific way.\u00a0 Here are some things that can be done to give this customer a positive service experience.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be direct and to the point \u2013 Your customer is a big-picture thinker who wants to see the end result without getting bogged down in the details.\u00a0 If fact, if you try to spell out each and every detail regarding how you are going to solve your customer\u2019s problem, you will quickly have a very impatient customer on your hands.<\/li>\n<li>Stay cool \u2013 Your customer will normally be cool-headed in emergencies and will recognize that your refusal to panic means you know exactly what to do in order to solve the problem or meet your customer\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n<li>Be decisive \u2013 Your customer wants to work with decision makers and action takers.\u00a0 Gather the facts \u2026 determine the alternatives available to meet the customer\u2019s wants\/needs \u2026 make a decision quickly and stick to it.<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared to take action \u2013 Your customer wants results \u2026 now.\u00a0 Demonstrate that you know what steps to take and that you are prepared to take them.\u00a0 If the solution requires the approval of a supervisor, let the customer know that you know exactly who to talk with and that you will be customer\u2019s advocate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customer Service is all about meeting your customer\u2019s needs \u2026 their needs as those needs pertain to the services that you and your company provide; and, the needs of their specific personality type.\u00a0 Put your customer\u2019s needs, product needs and personality needs, first and you will earn a customer for life; a customer who will be loyal to you, your firm, and who will bring you other customers who want the first class service that you provide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At one time or another, we\u2019ve all had a \u201ctake charge\u201d customer who wanted service and wanted it now.\u00a0 When this person has a customer service need, they want it met in a specific way.\u00a0 Here are some things that can be done to give this customer a positive service experience.
